How will the winner get the prize?

In the case of the following prize types (Percentage, Fixed Amount, Free Ahipping, Free Product, Gift Card)
the winners will receive their prize via the winning email which can be found in the notifications tab.
In the case of you offering a custom prize, you will be responsible for coordinating sending the prize to the customer. We recommend including details in the winning email that will explain to the winners how they can claim their prize.
